The sea surrounding Koh Chang and its many neighbouring islands in the National Marine Park make the area a playground for yachtsmen and the boating fraternity. It is a natural location for a marina complex. Occupying a sheltered spot at the mouth of the river Son, the marina offers discerning buyer the chance to own one of a small number of superb riverside plots, complete with private boat moorings. A 110 metre private pier is also available for additional day and overnight docking, as is secure all-season anchorage. There is also a full dock with diesel and unleaded gasoline, a waste suction station, and a pressure washer and boat cleaning service.
Siam Royal View is located only one kilometre from the mainland ferry and White Sand Beach, the island’s tourist centre, can be reached within a few minutes. Trat Airport is only 30 minutes away using Siam Royal View’s own shuttle service.
